GeoCat is pleased to announce the release of GeoNetwork Enterprise 2023.8.
This version is a recommended upgrade to GeoNetwork Enterprise 2023.7 which includes several bug fixes, library upgrades, and security fixes:
- Upgraded a number of the third-party components the catalog depends on to their latest maintenance versions.
- Fixed several places where page content wasn't properly cleaned before being displayed.
- When signing in through an external identity provider (OIDC or Keycloak), the catalog now verifies that the page you're returned to after login genuinely belongs to the catalog itself, rather than trusting whatever address was supplied.
- The service-linking dialog in the metadata editor now closes properly once a service has been linked to the metadata record.
